ClickFunnels is built around the funnel as the product

ClickFunnels' current pricing emphasizes funnels, landing pages, websites, stores, courses, checkout, visitors and workspaces. That makes it compelling for creators and marketers whose main workflow is turning traffic into an opt-in or purchase through a designed funnel.

Its 2026 pricing lists Launch at $97/month, Scale at $197/month and Optimize at $297/month, with increasing workspace, contact, email and course limits. Current plans also include email capacity, Opportunities and other supporting tools, so calling it “only a page builder” would be inaccurate.

HighLevel is built around the lead and client account

HighLevel includes a website/funnel builder too, but the surrounding architecture is different: CRM and pipelines, unified conversations, SMS/email, inbound/outbound calling, workflow automation, booking calendars, reputation management and agency sub-accounts are all part of the core platform.

For a local-service agency, that can matter more than having the most funnel-centric product. The work often continues after the form submission: answer the call, text the lead, schedule the appointment, move the opportunity, request a review and report back to the client.

Workspaces and sub-accounts solve different problems

ClickFunnels currently allocates workspaces by plan—1 on Launch, 5 on Scale and 10 on Optimize. HighLevel Starter includes 3 sub-accounts, while Unlimited and Agency Pro list unlimited sub-accounts. An agency expecting dozens of separate client environments should model that difference before choosing.

Pricing can look similar until account count grows

Both vendors currently have a $97 entry point. ClickFunnels then scales through $197 and $297 monthly plans; HighLevel scales through $297 Unlimited and $497 Agency Pro. The better value depends on whether your limiting resource is funnel/workspace capacity, client sub-accounts, SaaS resale, messaging usage or another operational requirement.
