ClientGap guide

Editorial policy

By ClientGap Editorial · Published August 27, 2026 · Updated August 27, 2026

ClientGap aims to make software and workflow decisions easier without inventing authority.

Research standard

Time-sensitive product claims are checked against first-party vendor pages or documentation. We avoid presenting marketing copy as independent evidence when a claim needs stronger support.

Reviews and comparisons

We do not claim hands-on testing unless it actually occurred and can be described accurately. Comparison pages focus on operating model, feature categories and decision criteria, and we avoid fake numeric scores.

Updates

Software changes. Commercial pages may show a verification date, and materially changed pricing or product capabilities should be updated rather than left stale.

Affiliate relationships

Commission relationships are disclosed. The site’s business model does not permit fabricated testimonials, ratings, offers or guarantees.
